I have actually been picking up the BF's on sale when I can. They are overpriced initially, but I have a good time building them. Looking forward to Darth Maul.

City 5-in-1 is still full price $49.99 in my area, but Friends 5-in-1 is showing up as 30%-50% off.

I only went to 1 local Target but was able to pick up a few at $19.99 plus red card discount.

I recall there being a couple Amazon BOGO 40% off sales, in tandem with already discounted prices, leading to many sets being close to 50% off depending on how many of which sets purchased.  I think the timing was after BF was over (early December-ish?).

You can search the history on SD last year to get a sense of the timeline. Obviously no guarantee it will repeat.

I got 2x 75148 Encounter on Jakku for $30 each thanks to a Hot Buy promo that expired on 11/5 but was still marked on the shelf and 2 $10 off $30 coupons. 50% off.
