Apologize if I missed the memo, but were there no polybags in Target Halloween clearance this year?

I was thinking the same thing.
There weren’t any in the Halloween section this year, but there are more polys around the store than usual.

Members get $15.00 back in points (15,000 points) to use in December when you spend $100+ total in the month of November. Should be easy to reach with the extra 50% off clearance sale right now. @kmart

After being unsuccessful at my Local Kmart here in Ohio I decided to get on the Kmart chat and see why none of the stores seem to have these or don't even have a clue what is going on ???

This is what I was told ": I will quickly raise a request to your concern team and I will make sure they will contact you within 24 hrs with a positive resolution."

I will personally keep a follow up on your case and see it gets fixed as soon as possible

Our concern team will take care of this issue.

I will keep you all updated, but I have a bad feeling I will have nothing to update, because I do not have a good felling that anyone will contact me =(

I'm not sure if this has been posted, so I'll just put it here just in case.  Of course, it's not good on LEGO but you could use the GC for LEGO.  ?

25% marvel toys does not work for lego. It's for the action figures

I've been to about 10 stores and only ONE had the promo running correctly and with signage up. You know the store has set it up correctly when you scan any regularly priced set over $19.99 and it has an "advanced price" of the regular price.

 

The others either rang it up as $0.01 or took $3.99 off another item as yours did.
