Same for me, I assume it's the state I live in (CO).  Same thing with Sears Marketplace, I can only order items from Sears and Kmart, nothing from Marketplace sellers due to some silliness.

I narrowed it down to the state selection.  If I choose Louisiana...where I live and where they shipped yesterdays order,  it won't let me advance to the next screen. But if I choose a different state like Kentucky it goes through. I think it has to do with the shipping selection. It only has one choice...free shipping.....but it says it's not available for the selected state. Can't find where to change it from free shipping.

I figured it out. You need to go into My Account > My Account > Contact Information > Add New Address and then set that as your delivery address. When you go to checkout, you can select your Billing Address or Delivery Address for shipment. Seems many states do not have free delivery, but its only $5.99 otherwise...
