If you are buying from Amazon to resell on Amazon later, don't use Prime.  And don't create multiple accounts to get around item limits.  Those are the only things that may net you a ticket to Bansville.

So if I order something through Amazon prime, I can't list it 1 to 2 years later through FBA? Am I reading this correct?

I ask again. How is it any different than a LEGO set with missing pieces?

For some reason, the quality control on the Enterprise set has been especially bad. Every professional review that I've read has mentioned not only a missing piece or two, but sometimes hundreds of missing or incorrect pieces. In general, Mega Bloks has improved their QC but they royally f'ed the production of this set up. I'm guessing that the failure rate on this set is well over 50% of the sets produced.

I have also heard multiple reports of missing parts or missing bags on the large TMNT Technodrome set from Mega Bloks.

when I buy my Enterprise I buy two at a time

that way Scotty has enough parts to make a complete one

then he has spare parts so down the road he can perform miracles to fix any damage that the ship has on an as needed basis

If you have a Fidelity Visa, I just got an email that says you can get a $25 bonus for 3 $25 spends on Amazon - works for gift cards.

"Scotty give me a damage report from the Trekchives!"

"I'm giving her all she can take captain but there's just too many sets!"

Great idea...Buy 5 and 1 for spare parts.  You can always substitute some inferior LEGO bricks in place of the missing Mega Bloks.

Can you nerds take this over to Bloxpicker.com?  We're trying to talk about Lego Star Wars over here ;)

Also received an email for the same offer using 3rd party issued American Express.

So....is it worth keeping these MB sets for selling eventually or cancelling the order?

That appears to be the $180 question. Probably depends on where you are going to sell it.  If it's on something like Craigslist, which has no buyer protection, but fewer buyers, you're golden.  If it's FBA and you're not willing to have an opened, incomplete set returned to you while issuing a full refund, then it's probably not for you.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm not taking my dog to a place called Doc McStuffins Backyard Clinic.

I would, but I'm not a dog person.  Dogs are basically felons with fur.  Unlike cats, which are awesome, dogs 1) can't figure out how to poop in a hole and cover it up, and 2) chase cats up trees, a crime for which no punishment seems unreasonable.
