I will let others voice their opinion, but I think they understand that people are trying to get the 40% off deal.  Plenty of people order quite a few times including myself.

Why would missing pieces from a new/sealed set be the sellers problem? LEGO sets can and have had missing pieces I don't see that being an issue.

If you are buying from Amazon to resell on Amazon later, don't use Prime.  And don't create multiple accounts to get around item limits.  Those are the only things that may net you a ticket to Bansville.

It shouldn't be, but it will be. You would not win this claim.

There was a bag of parts missing and bad painting of Spock per Jang in his set but he did get them from Mega Bloks:

At $79.99, this set is worth the risk IMO.  It is a well done set, with an awesome box, with a huge fan base.  Large Mega Bloks sets do well.  This set has a better chance of tripling in value (based on the $80 buy-in)  than any current LEGO set I know of.

I love the set. I've bought one and the box, display is incredible. Just trying to figure out if Megbloks will honor missing bags from Ebay sales/retired products. I have never had any dealings with the company.

If they have the parts in stock they are extremely nice about replacing missing/ damaged parts and minfigures.

It's true that there is a website for missing pieces but the one that I built was missing a printed piece and the concern would be that 1-2 years from now they now longer would be producing the printed piece that is specific to that set. There are 150 printed pieces in that set.  I was able to get the replacement for the piece I was missing but I don't know how much longer that will be the case.

I understand your dilemma.  Unfortunately, Mega Bloks is no LEGO when it comes to quality, but LEGO might not replace parts  years after the original sale either.  How can a person be positive that LEGO sets sealed with stickers are not tampered with?   Let's face it, being a reseller is becoming harder by the day and there are few items that can't be tampered with or be broken and/or incomplete  in a sealed box.  This has always been an issue with reselling.  

For those looking to flip the Enterprise, based on the MB reputation, I'd suggest opening the boxes and verifying everything is there, then selling as collector-owned, opened-verified.
