These are from PAypal.  They are as reliable as they come.

To use these GC's in store do you just print it out and they can scan the bar code? I noticed it had a code and pin which Im assuming is for online purchases correct?

Yes, you can print the barcode or use your phone in store. They DO need the 4 digit PIN either way.

 

So PayPal has flagged this as fraud and I can't check out. Anyone else having this issue on these tru gift cards?

try to get fewer cards. limit is 5 though i've only ever been able to get 3 (including today's listing).

flagging an account was done by a weird math, if reducing purchasing # won't fix the problem, you may want to give them a call to have the flag manually removed

Having to call PayPal as well to have a flag removed...could not make purchase.
