On the way back from Disney World yesterday I was able to hit 4 B&N... came away with 4 Mystery Mansions, 5 Livi's, 1 Haunted Lighthouse, 4 Ariel, 1 Friends Private Jet, 1 Mystery Machine, 2 Mystery Planes. 

Was hoping to find some retired Elves, but it seems B&N doesnt carry the line.

Could not believe the number of Mansions (found 6!!), Livi, and Ariel still on shelves.

Left a ton of Submarines, Caterhams... and did not touch a single Star Wars set.  Still some IST out there...

Total, hit 7 stores on vacation.  Got some Imperial Hotels (left some because the boxes were trash), Whitehouses, Mazes, as I said before Dolphin Cruiser, Emma's House, Steph beach vacation, Ariel, Livi, and a couple others not really worth mentioning.

One of my daughters (9) takes the prize for finding a mint American Girl doll with clothes in a stuffed animal bin at Goodwill for $4.  Didn't even try to convince her to sell it.  I only pulled out some sweet Tiger LCD handheld games from the 90's.

Good times...

I bought one maze @ Barnes noble  25% plus 10% membership today. They only had one maze. I left behind 2 (75140) Star Wars.  2 75828 ecto 1-2.   1  caterham 7.  1 yellow submarine.  3 21302 Big Bang theory.   All of them 25% plus 10% membership discount.  What you think guys I'm making a mistake.  Should I go back and buy them.  /??  

I think you made a good pick. The Ecto 1 & 2 would be worth grabbing at 35% off, if you go back.

Agreed. I too passed on the Cat.... (car) and the Yellow Submarine. Hoping to see a greater discount at some point.. . and if not I'm OK. I've made the mistake of too high buy in on Ideas sets before.

This thing is officially Ninjago Mechdragon #2. If it wasn't more hassle than it would be worth, I'd return my small stockpile. What a shame, and an eye opener. 

The Volcano set, on the other hand...  I just wish this wasn't quite so "new". A bit of opportunity cost lost here.

Since this isn't yet retired, I'd hold off on declaring anything a dud.  Especially since we don't know what will be featured in TLJ but not be available.  If it's available 2+ years after retirement for $20 at Kmart.com, you can officially give it the Mechdragon #2 designation
