In for one temple with VIP points. I may order another if it's still available tomorrow or so.

worth looking this up at local B&N as well.  This is 25% off as well, and with the B&N membership, you're talking less than $140.  Of course, if you factor in batman poly worth $20, I suppose it's about the same as above deal, and you don't even have to leave your house, lol.

Provided your B&N has this in stock. Mine don't. Still 25% off is better than LEGO's 20% off, but no VIP points and no poly.

of course, just throwing it out there that it's worth a gander at local B&N stock.

Does the B&N membership 10% off stack on discounts? Can anyone confirm? Wondering if it's worth signing up for...

A nice set that's very tempting to stash a few away.

I'm not going to predict the investment worthiness of this set but as a collector and builder this set is top notch.

Yes, but in-store only.

same here, maybe I'm biased but I think this one is unique...

Was able to grab 4 Trevi Fountains at my B&N local store for $34 each. That's with the 25% off and 10% discount. There are some White Houses at other stores but called them and they won't discount Architecture. What other Architecture sets are worth getting?

As a rule of thumb, the sets that are older and/or retired are the ones you should aim for.  At this time, the market is in love with the Trevi Fountain and the White House.  The 21022 Lincoln Memorial is also currently surging and reasonably doing well.

With regards to newer sets, there's never a wrong answer if you like how the set looks.  Personally, a US Capitol at 35% is worth buying.  In the future, it will be likely discounted to potentially 50% when it closes to retirement in the next few years and further but it's your call.

They have 3x in my store, don't feel like sitting on it for the next few years. I'll come back when it retires later. Also I saw 75094 IST also 25% off in my store. Should I get it? What's your take on this? B&N 50% is around the corner so I'm just wondering if I should wait but last time SW was not part of the 50% clearance.

I refer you to the the respective thread:

The consensus is that this worth buying for both build and future investment.  However, the 75094 Imperial Shuttle Tydirium was often at discount throughout much of its life, reaching as low as $25 according to some.  If you like it and it looks cool, then go for it. I assume it's $65 with the discounts.  Expect to hold this for a few years, given the glut of sellers on eBay, Amazon, and BrickLink.

If I were you, I will get Trevi Fountain and White house. Walmart had 75094 on clearance last summer for 50% off and some lucky guys even got in for 75% off. If your buy in is 25% off, there is no way for you to compete. For personal build, 25% is ok tho.

Not sure, but this looks nice.

Hell yeah that's nice. Which set is that in the far left?

Thanks guys, got trevi, no White House though. Got the IST too, I'll let it sit until the 50% and 75% sellers sells out of them. Meanwhile still going for $90+ on eBay, worth a shot I guess.

Not 100% sure this is the right thread, but if anyone has a TRU clearance 20% coupon they aren't going to use, I'm in the market for one!  Anyone have?

Also would be good to know when that sale ends :)?

thanks!
