It's cyclical and no real pattern that we know of. Some years you don't get the offers and some years you do. I had a full year where I didn't get hem, but now I have two years in a row.

For whatever reason went to an email I havnt used in 7-8 years. No idea why it didn't use my PayPal/usual one. I had to reset the pw and everything but I got in and got them.

When I was purchasing them, it kept wanting to use my alternate paypal email as well. I had to go into paypal and delete the alternate email in order for it to work. I didn't want my wife to see that I was buying $250 in gift cards for Babies R Us.

We'll see how well this works.  Made a $230 sale today for something I took down and re-listed this morning after talking to CS since I had just put up listings last night.  She told me there was no way to make the deal retroactive and that I should take them down and relist.  I get a sale a few hours later but have seen nothing in regards to any extra ebay bucks.  I activated this morning but my listings don't show a note about ebay bucks nor have I seen anything anywhere else even after receiving payment and printing shipping label.  They will be getting a call from me again tomorrow morning.  Hopefully I get the same dimwit on the other end of the line.
