Sigh. I meant to order more of these. Just got off the phone with LEGO. They're pretty much gone from their warehouses.  Sellers on BL have anywhere ranging from 1 to 200 of these things. Some of the US ones have 30s and 50s too.

Don't forget you can call local LEGO stores.

Went to the nearest one yesterday.  Tis been gone since the week before V-Day. ?

I gotta be honest, I think the First Order Transporter should be throwing up titanic red flags to everyone. These numbers tell me that they aren't selling like, at all - And that TRU must have a HUGE stock of them. I am not saying I don't have any, but I am certainly not going to go crazy. This seems to have overhoarded and undesirable written all over it. Maybe you'll be able to make some money back on them, but I imagine the process will be slow and the returns small. This may be a 3 year hold and I don't see it getting much more than MSRP even at that stage. On a set that was not very attractive to begin with.

I am similarly wary about Battle of Takonda which has basically been avail 30-35% off forever. Hell, let's be honest, pretty much all these First Order sets. :)

The BrickLink part out value in both of these is about 2.5x the sale price on both of these sets. And they have lots of parts that sell quickly in the AFOL world, bley, dark tan.

I agree about your caution Achilles.  Seeing them available in these numbers at heavy discounts could lead to suppressed prices on the secondary market for a while.  Not to mention the real possibility that Phasma will be available in a Force Friday set by September which will take some of the appeal away from this one.

Targets near me do not have more than 1-2 of 75103 and none of them have prices below $62.98. I think it is an anomaly for certain areas. Kind of reminds me of the Joker Steamrollers from 2015 when they were abundantly available in some areas for at least 50% off.

Just saw a pallet of 75103 at one of my target waiting to out on shelf. Tracker show 80+ in stock at $44.xx

took 10 and see if they go 75% off on next week

Does anyone know how ling the 20% off Star Wars at TRU lasts? Is it in-store as well? Trying to decide whether to wait until truth for the rebel frigate.

I wondered that too and decided to order the Sith Infiltrator for in-store pick-up today.  Only one TRU where I live has any of the SW sets in stock and I did not want to take the chance on missing out by waiting until Thursday.  The decider factor is how many stores have them in stock where you live.

excuse me if it is a dumb question. How do you guys do the truth with gc? Did you tell the employee I am paying with cc but fund partial transaction with gc or something? Thanks.

Read the truth thread, there is a partial pay option on the screen.
