  • At Target, lucky to find UCS MF at 70% MSRP.  Was a online return, still factory sealed.  Happy New Year!!!!

  • Just a reminder to everyone - and this isn’t directed at any one in particular as we’ve all been guilty lately - this thread is for posting of deals. We’ve been lax with the cross talk lately, but as

I'm not really a City guy, but Prison Island is the coolest Police HQ in maybe forever.  It's about time we got an Alcatraz lego set.

I agree, but I'm not buying any until they eventually hit Wal-Mart clearance this summer or next winter.

You paid $145 for KM. A gift card is the same as cash. If in your head you want to call it a discount, that's up to you, but it's silly to post that. And not a "deal"

I didn't call my GC a "discount". I was just remarking that I elected to use a Barnes and Noble GC that I had on hand to reduce my out the door cost, which it did.

i suppose I could have spent that money on 10 lattes from the BN Starbucks, purchased some travel guides for Europe, or some overpriced DVDs. Maybe I should have just sold it for cash on Raise.com?

For that matter anyone who counts store rewards points or credit card cash back rewards as a discount shouldn't, because they could have purchased another item instead of LEGO with those dollars.

Not the best investment price maybe... but if you want to complete your Ninjago collection 70721 Kai Fighter available from a 3PS on Amazon for $19.99 (in stock Mar. 12th).

A good day to keep combing Amazon... I think they're cleaning out the warehouse... I've ordered three 75030 MF Microfighters from amazon.com today at $11.99 ea... only had 1 or 2 in stock each time... not sure if they'll arrive all banged up or what...

Aren't there about 10 of these supposed amazon fronts?

How is amazon ok with this? They don't even like their sellers selling the same stuff on ebay that they are selling on amazon and can ban you for it if they want.

Think the consensus in the last discussion was that these were amazon employees who had people in the right places to get this done without repercussion or this is actually sanctioned by amazon for some weird reason. Maybe this was started before amazon got big.

IIRC this was a drop-ship scheme using affilliate revenue, sophisticated software, temporary prime accounts and lots and lots of volume for very small margins.

has anyone noticed that Target has begun to mark up some of its Lego over MSRP?  I just noticed the Poe XWing polybag for $4.69.
