You paid $145 for KM. A gift card is the same as cash. If in your head you want to call it a discount, that's up to you, but it's silly to post that. And not a "deal"

I try to tell my wife the same thing all the time!

guys, Lego SAH is all messed up (it says so at the ordering page).  Not only is free shipping not applied for going over $75, but the tax calculation is all wrong.  My questions is, if I order something, will they automatically fix the free shipping and tax me accurately?

LEGO Shop at Home customer service is excellent. If it isn't correct when you place the order they will fix it after the fact. You'll have to call, but I wouldn't sweat it.

You would think that a $14.6 Billion dollar company could do better with IT and website related issues.

Yeah but look at walmart. At some point you get so big you just say "we can do whatever we want and the unwashed masses will still smash down our doors to give us money so why bother?"

The jet is a lovely set. I doubt it will be a big money maker but that isn't necessarily what makes a great set. Decent price, imho.

I really enjoyed building that set.  Was able to find some at a WM a couple weeks ago for $35.

I'm not really a City guy, but Prison Island is the coolest Police HQ in maybe forever.  It's about time we got an Alcatraz lego set.
