Was at 99 cent store today.  Multiple people leaving with 20 to 100 dimensions. My guess is market is going to be flooded for a long long time.

Heh...wow...you are right! We have the set and I didn't even know that ... course, my son doesn't let me build anything, so who would I know? :)

This came at just the right time, too.  Just bought a Auto'd Odell Beckham Jr. helmet for a friend giving it to his son.  Free $20 for me.

As someone on the sideline for this I am going to enjoy the race to the bottom for personal collection purposes at least. :-)

Agreed. Lego at .01-.02 per piece plus a minifig? Count me in.

Kmart has matched Amazon's price on the City Square set. You should be able to get it for virtually free with some SYW Magic :)

Had the link here but their crap site just defaults you to their home page

I'm hoping to see a huge moc made entirely of dimension sets.

I have used cardcash for years. I have never had a problem with the cards.

The customer service and follow-up is excellent

I would buy those LEGO cards were it not for the three that I just bought :)

Why?

Was contacted by a nice fellow that runs a Goodwill Shop. Asked if he could advertise and I appreciate that he asked.  I said I would post a link in here for all you to see his listings/auctions and perhaps some of you may get a good deal if you are willing to try.

https://www.shopgoodwill.com/

Go to search, use the Seller drop down box and pick “CA-Bakersfield Goodwill South Central California” (you can put Lego in as a keyword)

(also scannable coupon for those with a physical Shopko store closeby, let me know if posting it would be appreciated).

Yes, please!

I used to buy a lot from this site 4 years ago...  Only my $0.02 but the auction fees at shopgoodwill.com made it difficult for me to find good deals and I eventually gave up...  YMMV

same here. too much manipulation

especially by the SANTA ANA goodwill store. they would auction same item multiple times and do a flipflop. they would send half stuffs on the lots..

but there were some decent deals to be had but with all those troubles it became just like ordering TRU online with gift card or using gift card for purchases at TRU.

{ when it smoothly sails its good but when there is a failure.. then shit loss is too much.. hence it wasn't worth for me}

We bought several lots of Lego from this site up until a year ago. I echo what others have said, some good deals to be had, but the fees started climbing and we started to receive more and more non Lego toys (blocks, matchbox cars, etc) in the Lego lots.

You just have to be cautious and factor in the risk. We always did better with the listings that provided lots of photos so you could gauge the contents better.

Do they ship it to your home or do you pick it up? How does it work?
