From what I have seen at my store and what has been reported by others, they usually move quickly to get rid of stock. It might be 20% for a couple weeks and then it will be 50% and then 70%. Each store is different though so you really have watch it on an almost daily basis. I have waited for it to go to 50% and then missed it because the vultures descend when it goes to 50% and it can all be gone within a day.

A couple Elves sets were 50% off universally at all 8 Kroger Marketplaces by me. Also Friends Lighthouse was 50% off at every store. A few smaller Elves/Friends/Disney Princess Pet sets seemed to vary the most from 25% to 75% off. Most of the stuff that is still 20% off is retired (Obi Interceptor, Garbage Truck) or on its way out (Rainforest Creatures, Micro AT-DP, etc.) At one of the more rural locations, an employee was doing additional toy markdowns and marked everything in my cart an extra 30% off or so.
