Paragraph right below the one that explains that everyone must only purchase a quantity of one set when they find a deal so that everyone can get their fair share. Just above the paragraph that requires us all to defer purchasing any investment items until 24 hours after a deal strikes so that we can be sure the true LEGO lover has his opportunity to purchase before the "resellers" profit from his inattentiveness.
