You can go on the price rewind website, search for and add the items you've bought. You add the price, date, and location of purchase. Or you can manually submit requests by mail or email with the same information plus the lower price you found, the vendor, proof of purchase with card, and dated lower price. [i.e. any order you place at target-ebay and tru-ebay will be cancelled as well ] be careful with what you do but looks like its going to be very very hard to keep the buying privilege alive if one is reselling.
