The large Nexo Knights Fortress is $60 at a couple of my local Walmarts. Worth picking up a couple for investment? I'm not too bullish on this theme in general, but this set looks kinda cool....

Barnes and Noble is also having a "Save $10 when you spend $100+" promotion that should be able to be stacked with this.  I tried to test that and I hit an error "The seller only allows buyers to purchase 5 items every 10 days." And I've purchased 4   If it works it would mean 2 Big Bens at $23 @ and a White House at $39.  Very limited LEGO choices.
