December 18, 20168 yr New here. Can you elaborate on this or point me in the right direction? The first two numbers is the week of production. The letter is the location it was produced and the last number is the year. There is a whole thread about it if you want to learn more.

Plus 8% rewards back. About $52 each. Where did you price match as it's an exclusive ? And guess I missed out on the 40% deal as it doesn't have that offer on this item anymore
December 18, 20168 yr The thing that I hate about these brick buckets is that it is very hard to predict when they will retire. If I had some level of confidence that the first line of Classic brick boxes were getting ready to retire, I would have a few hundred of each at the moment, but there's no way I'm sinking that kind of money into them when their retirement is difficult to predict. Is there a market for retired Classic bricks? Isn't it guaranteed a rehash? They just change a few bricks, maybe a few colors and change up the instruction booklet. But the old instructions are all online, and the builds are simple. Don't see the investment potential. But then, I'm a Newb. Enlighten me please.

It doesn't seem to have much of a crowd or fan base being that you can still get it pretty easily out there...am i missing something? I don't see it as that great of an investment, probably a great build especially at that price, but here's some food for thought: Last Ferrari Truck (8654) has still failed to reach 2x RRP 11 years later (probably never will) Both are similar size.

The vets on here know better so wait for them to chime in. Personally I have more Ferrari Trucks than Mazes. Just feel the appeal is broader on the truck.

I googled it to see... and it still shows discounted price of 65.99 at TRU for me http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=45475676&gclid=CjwKEAiA4dPCBRCM4dqhlv2R1R8SJABom9pHIU6zbM8JFc122nJvQ93hFbZNp311K5jKgWcvJyDMUhoCOinw_wcB&camp=PLAPPCG-_-PID19398403:TRUS&cagpspn=plat_19398403&eESource=CAPLA_DF:45475676:TRUS
December 18, 20168 yr This is so strange. I click the link that I provided and I still get the discounted price. I've even refreshed.
December 18, 20168 yr TRU has a $10 reward with $19 in store pickup running today and tomorrow. $10 reward will be emailed on or before January 9. Must. R a TRU rewards member and enter a valid TRU rewards member # at checkout. Not a lot of discounts to stack with, but there are a lot of smaller sets that yield a good discount (net of the overinflated TRU prices)
