List was $49.99 it's gone online. Anything less would be good. It's been (I believe) 50% off at times. It's probably the most likely of all the Architecture sets to be remade. You'd probably do yourself a favor by reading the White House thread.

The 21006 White House retail price is $49.99.   The link is below will direct you to the thread.

It has disappeared from many online retailers. HOWEVER, you will still find it in the wild at many Barnes & Noble stores.  Given the speculation on its retirement, getting it at $50 or below may be acceptable to you. It's performance in the future remains...speculative.

That City of Stix deal is a killer. I bought a couple off of the TRU eBay page a few weeks ago for $71, which was also a pretty good deal.

I really like this set. We have one, and it is actually quite a neat set. I'm not sure about it's investment potential though. At that price, it's worth a shot.

Hey parter-outers.....is this a good partut set? Just curious because it seems to have some pretty unique elements.

I don't know about investment, or whatever - But even at MSRP, that set is a lot of pieces and minfigs.

The link on amazon prices isn't updated clearly. (Maybe due to the quick price change for amazon) Poe X-Wing is down from $62 to $52 and so is Nexo Fortrex. ($69.99 to $59.99) The two combo with BOGO 40 is $91.78 before tax. Too bad X-wing Limit is one. The X-wing comes around to $42 (before tax) which is sick.

Yes, as i mentioned earlier. Amazon is having some fun lately.  Probably because most inventories are low.  The price change log I have is crazy for many sets. Some are changing multiple times within a 30 minutes

Ya I know. I'm mentioning it because some peeps might be holding back their purchase as the $62 price for Poe's X-wing even after BOGO 40 is pretty similar to Target's $25 off price. But now that it has drop, it's close to 50% so perhaps some folks might want to reconsider.
