Amazon is having fun with the prices too.  Been watching it over the past 2-3 days.  Sometimes changing them 1-2x in 15 minutes.

I make it through to Checkout several times a day, and then show my restraint. I have managed to stay out of all the sales the last few weeks. I've got too much on the shelf already, my personal build list is empty (except for Jan 1st release sets), my kids have enough sets waiting for them to keep them occupied until Christmas 2017 (plus my daughter is slowly slipping away from wanting LEGO) .... and most importantly, I have reached my spending limit and am now in selling mode.

Pretty sure you can check out that information on bricklink if you have or are going to have a store there.  This set(and I like City) just doesn't do it for me like the Deep Sea Vessel set.(which I also don't have)  That said, it will probably retire and blow up to like $200.  I'm more interested in the Superheroes bridge because I want one for my city and I can buy two and sell the figures of one of them to pay it off even more.

60096 is call to check at LEGO Shop at Home and $80 is the cheapest on amz. rrp is $99. TRU is really offering some nice deals this year. Good find Fleck.

Gets easier not to buy when you have no more money.

I make it through to Checkout several times a day, and then show my restraint. I have managed to stay out of all the sales the last few weeks. I've got too much on the shelf already, my personal build list is empty (except for Jan 1st release sets), my kids have enough sets waiting for them to keep them occupied until Christmas 2017 (plus my daughter is slowly slipping away from wanting LEGO) .... and most importantly, I have reached my spending limit and am now in selling mode.

Breathe in, breathe out ......

I awkwardly Stood in the Lego aisle for 20 minutes last night (at target) and left with nothing...lol glad I'm not alone. Even at 50% on some stuff my gut says "slow down and wait"....
