amazon has this nasty habit of combining orders as far as shipping goes. 

discount applies to some sets that are temp OOS

Not all city is included in Bogo40.  For example 60117 Van&caravan is not part of the deal.  Still nice price, but not bogo40

Last secret sale I placed a bunch of orders and I ended up getting an appliance box full of combined orders!  And I have business account.

It shows just fine in my cart preview for all the orders i placed - did not have to go to final step

PRO TIP#2:  DO NOT in any circumstances order a XL bag of dog food around the same time you order LEGO from Amazon.  Otherwise prepare to receive damaged LEGO boxes
