Taking into consideration their inflated prices, it's more like 10% off.

Target has their exclusive Friends Jungle Tree Sanctuary 41059 20% off ($24).  May have to pull the trigger on that.

Leap Day deals are coming in via email.  I haven't been to thinkgeek.com in a while... looks like they hardly carry Lego anymore. But they're having leap day special 29% off orders over $29, today only, with online code FROGGER. Haven't tried it, but looks like you could get a couple 41035 Friends Juice Bar for $22 each, or  79014 Dol Guldor Battle for about $50 each (need to get over $75 for free shipping).

Some extra SYW/Kmart coupons floating around(YMMV).  I noticed another $15 surprise points on $30 that applies to non "hot buy", I couldn't get this to stack

and

$5 off $50 and $10 back in points on $75 which can be stacked again with non "hot buy".

Newest wave of heroes/ninjago/star wars are not coded as hot buys.

Also, Kmart has published all the new Angry Birds set but they can't be ordered yet.

I thought 29% was a good deal and was going to buy some non-lego stuff, until I found out that invoking the code negates the free shipping even when the order is over $75.  Disappointing.
