Rey's Speeder is a screaming good deal at $12.79.  I've been buying them at $16 from WM and will pick up more at $12.79.  It is one of those sets that the incremental profit to be gained on a larger discount (i.e., 40% or more) is not worth waiting for since they will be much harder to come by the time that level of a discount comes around (if it ever does).

I am going out on a limb and saying Vader's Tie & A-Wing is the best deal... marked reg 79.99 (when Lego msrp is 89.99) and then on sale for 56.79

not too hard to swallow - a-wing- tie fighter was briefly SOLD OUT on USA shop at home website 2-3 weeks ago for a couple of days.  that was a little foreshadowing.  i'm cleaning out the local targets in tax-free NH of these, Hoth Attacks,droid escapes Elsa Castles and even MFs at $95 - red card, no sales tax = $91.19  - yes that will be a hold but at this price i don't mind.  also getting tempted by minecraft ender portal which is nearly 47% off with redcard and no sales tax but still has a year to go probably.

holiday train is probably the usual season retirement that europe LEGO Shop at Home does but still worth keeping an eye on.
