Even though the BP Target inventory checker is currently offline, a quick Google search gives several other sites with the same data. Using one of them I found the DPCI in Stock (with what looks like a standard distribution of 30 bags) in all but a few of my local stores. And indeed, they were in the seasonal section for $3.49, right next to the bin with bowling alleys ($3.99 due to the minifig).

While I was there I spotted double tags on the Friends Riding Stables set, bottom one said $49.99, top one improved that to $43.99 ($16 off MSRP, so 27% off). Not sure if that price is available online too, but anyways horses are always a success.

You'll be hard-pressed to find any reindeer after Christmas.  They might have some Friends sets left though.

I have been thoroughly unimpressed with the performance of the Target x-mas polys recently and have stopped chasing them, but I do agree that the reindeers are very unlikely to make it to 50% much less 90% off.

It should be noted the reindeer poly is also at Meijer. Same price. Personally I think it's one of the best Christmas polys they have done. I picked up a bunch for gifts and resale.

I'm not even sure that they will be marked down after Christmas. My targets put them in the regular lego isle, and the employee mentioned that it was not a "holiday item". Think back to last year when they didn't mark down the Christmas tree polybags down on the 26th.

And since many want (or will realize they want) at least 9....these are not going to last...

Found sand plates, 10699, at a local target at $2.38, msrp $7.99. no other target around me has them at that price though. Confirmed through target inventory tracker. Snagged the whole box of reindeer too. 30 in the shipper.
