Ah.  I've never seen a single Lego set on clearance at WM.  Just kinda surprised by the lack of sales when newer sets like the RV seem to be constantly on sale.

To clarify the "May or may not work with LEGO" statement:

It works if you add $50 or more of non-excluded merchandise, but the math is wonky. Case in point:

(The book price total reflects my 20% educator discount which ultimately gets ignored in the calculation). 15% off 3x$21.95 is ~$10, but the total discount I get is $21.07. So basically $11 off of 10251 is applied. You can probably get better by taking discounted items as the non-LEGO part, this is purely an example. $11 off of $170 is not 15%, but hey, it's savings

If it's for investment, many got it cheaper at recent Target and Barnes and Noble sales.  If it's for a personal build, go for it if you like it.  Any left at Barnes might be a better deal with 25% off at 10% member discount in store.

You cannot check store stock anymore on 70738 at bn.com, so this means you have to have extreme luck to still pick one up there. I saw a few at Meijer a few months back for $77 but didn't bite, so they've been clearanced there as well and are gone. If you want one for personal build, this seems to be the last opportunity. For investment, you're not having the best buy-in compared with others.
