October 28, 20169 yr It has most likely been mentioned but I really could not read through the past few pages.... Toys r us had some decent deals that started today. Technic race truck for $40, deep sea exploration base $60, maybe not great but ninjago city of stixx $70 plus a ton of stuff 20% off and they had a great coupon to go with it which gives a $25 gift card for $100 purchase. I used mine already but it looks like the photo below
October 28, 20169 yr I know I am chiming in at least 5 hours too late, but I had wanted to post this back then when the whole surprise at @Serejai's purchase power and prowess started: (S)he has never made it a secret that (s)he does $1M in annual sales - I was even browsing her/his post history to get a quote when I had to rush to my day-job. And there are others here who plonk down amounts of cash in a day that I'd have to sleep weeks on the porch for if I tried pulling such a stunt on the missus. As said before in this and other threads: Everybody has their own strategies. That's why I balk at blanket statements telling people to buy stuff "because its a good deal" - everyone has their own game. Now, if you see a good deal (and had your fair share if applicable), please post it here. Give AND take as somebody said earlier.

October 28, 20169 yr Putting non Lego brand minifigures under "All other LEGO" is kind of misleading. Or maybe it's because I'm new and not as familiar with the use of "generic" with regards to Lego on this forum.
October 28, 20169 yr the only issue i have is with people posting deals that are really only accessible for you, the poster...$15 birds is like me saying yeah those $25 ghostbusters i just had to get all 150...and then people ask how you got them and it's basically the good ole' 'oh i know a guy' answer...whether the birds story is true or not (i happen to believe the guy), it does no one here any good.Ridiculous post. Only post obvious and easy deals???It's not hard to come into deals as he speaks of. It's mostly about building relationships and inquiring -- constantly. Ask questions -- even if you think something is not possible. Be personable! This guy has no magical powers or abilities. If he can do it, so can you. His niche is there because most people will simply not put in that kind of effort or just discount his success as being lucky to "know" someone.

Naw... hit by debris and he "couldn't hold it" after a strafing run. Turbo lasers ended him when he flew too low because of malfunctioning instruments. Kind of a reverse Icarus. October 28, 20169 yr I ain't got time to clean this crap up today. I've seen exciter take it much further off course. At least the chatter has largely been about how to create your own deals.
