Is anyone else having problems purchasing the Babies R Us gift cards on eBay?  I am going through an endless loop of verifying my Paypal account during checkout and it still won't let me use any payment method to complete the transaction.  I had this same issue with Paypal Digital Gifts a couple months ago.  I don't know if it's because I purchased KMart gift cards from them yesterday.

if you're over the purchase limit it will do this. even though the listing shows maximum of 5, actual limit is 3.

No trouble here on laptop.  Also purchased kmart cards yesterday.

No prob here for 2.

I tried desktop and mobile unsuccessfully and now my PayPal account is locked. Great!

Ok, I unlocked my account and my order went through just fine this time.  Finally!

seems a temporary system glitch. It wasn't working for me (endless paypal verification loop, 'your phone number is wrong') about 10 min ago. Retried just now, logged in no problem and worked.

I was able to get 5 after verifying about 392 times.

Verified three times before letting me get 4.

I ended up missing out on the last round of these because it wouldn't verify my PayPal. This time I had no trouble.
