Appears to stack with coupons too. It works fine from KMart.com. These deals are still available and now you get an extra 10% back.

It did not want to work on SYW with 1 Corner Deli and 2 (or 3 for that matter) straight&crossroad baseplates, even though it was >$50 and they were not marked as anything special (e.g. Hot Buy). So there is some special magic required.
