It is for 3 packs at least since 7/23, per this Q/A portion of the listing.  This should be interesting to watch

actually upon further review it appears that the original listing for (mystery bag) for singles was where most of the sellers were at

it was then merged into the three pack listing and all the listings became the one 3 pack listing

amazon then dropped in price from 12 to match the single listings even if its listing was a 3 pack listing which I am not sure of at this point

of course since most fba is commingled who knows what you will be shipped if you ordered

There is no code. Just make a $30 purchase, and you'll see the 'points earned' in the cart show at least $10.
