That's a long story but the short version is that wasn't originally available in Canada, probably due to language issues. It was made available at the beginning of 2015 although the flipping period had passed. There have been a couple of other sets that have either been unavailable in Canada or not on sale in Canada.

Thanks fayyun, just picked it up. I had good success recently with a Like New AWD for EV that just had one small crease in the box. If thats the case with factoring into account the taxes Ill take saving $45 all day.
