The same happened to me as well last time. I wonder if they keep track and limit it to one per person/address/etc.

I did call and ask about this....while I was asking about the reason for my two failed attempts at buying one of these GCs. They said that since the system 'thinks I purchased a GC,' (even though cancelled from their end) it would take about 4 hours for the system to 'dump' and reset my info. But that was like 6 hours ago....will try again in a while.

Mine was cancelled automatically last time they had the sale too.  I payed with paypal so I am not sure if that was the reason. 

 

I bought one this morning via Paypal with no issues. I did sign into my Kroger account first however and then went to the gift card portal from there,

Mine was auto cancelled after 5 minutes, and I have never bought one. Made a Kroger account and everything. Used PayPal. Got cancelled

Same thing happened to me first but after scanning my Target wallet all showed up 40%
