I'm sure that, over the next 2-4 years, it will hit that low again.  For me, I was happy to get 76961 for my BrickLink store.  At that price, part-out is over 4x and just the minifig and dinos are worth almost $80.  Oh, and white baseplates for $4.20 ain't too shabby either.

Yeah 3 days later on the Amazon $349 deal and only 12% claimed. 
Razor Crest also 30% off and 27% claimed at $419.

I'm not sure how it happens, but I'm in the same boat. My Circle account has been locked since the first week that Circle was created. However, I was able to apply this 40% off coupon to my Circle account and receive the discount when checking out.

From clicking on this link perhaps. Although not the intent and Target Circle even has a "Share" this deal Icon a lot of people on SD reported the same issue after clicking on the deal thread link. That is why I only posted a screen print of the deal and not the link.
