Looking back, I am see no cash back for my purchase on 10/10 and my 11/23 purchase is pending.  I seem to never get Honey to work.  I think I will contact them. 

I have to wait a few weeks and file for every one of my trips.  LEGO is always listed but never gets rewarded without me complaining to Rakuten.

I had the same thing happen to me.  Comes from buying over the limit especially if the purchases fulfilled a bonus offer.  I've opened another account to get circle benefits on personal stuff.  However, I haven't found a way to get rid of Circle on my business purchases.  I might just open another account for business stuff.  Circle is another way to track your spending, it says in the t&cs not for resellers.

Thanks was able to grab 3 for shipping came out to $37 each after GC and redeeming Target Circle rewards from Santas Visit deal.
