Haunted House is another set that's shot up 100.00 from RRP over the week, and only has 7 listings on Amazon.  Obviously, not as well of a stocked or heavily invested in set.  Haven't seen that one for RRP since it went out of stock at lego.

When something goes up a hundred bucks on a big set like that, that's pretty much just shipping and fees if you're buying at RRP.

True..  But if you hold them for longer than a quick flip, you can do pretty good on these.  Fairground theme has been good.

Police Station is back up to 299.99 sold from Amazon.  So that one will probably drop again for a burst of inventory.

I think Bookshop is gone from Amazon, and is only in the reseller market there.   It's still in stock at walmart.   Bookshop might see some sort of discount on lego.com yet, but the discount probably wont be as good as 140.00.   

Dang, I've hit refresh so many times today for Bookshop 😆  

Passed on Police Station.  After this discounted buying season I just can't pay full RRP for anything.

160 from SAH (40 CB from honey). Would have been nice to stack with more GWP, but the points make it attractive.
