Paypal is offering a 7% Saved Deal if you checkout with PP. Could I add my Amex to PP as my preferred payment > get the 7% PP Saved Deal, $10 back with Amex as my preferred PP payment, and top it off with 10% Rakuten? I'm concerned about the language used in the Amex T&C, which states that it can't be used with a 3rd Party Payment Account. Is PP considered 3rd party?
