I got an order in, but have low expectations.  Zero phantom stock have shipped out of like the last 10 orders, all canceled.  The in stock smalls have been shipping.

It depends on the timing of cancellation. If the small item ships before the big phantom item is cancelled, you don't pay shipping. If it cancels before, the total drops below the free shipping threshold and you pay $5. Problem is, item is in warehouse, so there is nothing they can do. I've gotten $5 worth of vip points but I don't want to do that too often.
