Luckily my experience has been different.  All of the sets have arrived in a new Kohls branded boxes with reinforced corners and pull tabs to open. None of my orders have shipped from store. Target continues to send crushed sets in oversized worn out boxes with tons of air pillows that don't seem to help.

Some folks have claimed that exclusives get the full amount, but in my experience they have not.  Razorcrest is flagged as an "exclusive" on the site and those are normally only 1.5% cashback.  I've only tried it a few times to date and each time it gave the non exclusives the higher cashback and exclusives the lower one, even in an order with multiple sets.  YMMV
