I was being snarky with 2 different posters from previous “deals” FWIW all of my ShopDisney orders arrived and they were still 2021 runs from Hungary that must have been on a slow ship to the USA.

March 18, 20223 yr I've never used Rakuten, it looks like the 10% SAH deal does not include "exclusives", per the site it indicates exclusives are 3%. Do folks know what this mean? When I select an item, it just indicates that cashback is "up to 10%". Does an item need to be flagged on the site as "exclusive" or something else?

The exclusive offer points reward after like a week or two (or whenever you e-mail them about it) but the % CB takes two-three months like other sites.
