not looming afaik

According to ************** it is.

21042 Statue of Liberty is a 1,685 piece Architecture set released in 2018. While the MSRP is $119.99, the current average price on the secondary markets is around $104. The set is estimated to retire sometime within mid 2022. Once retired, the initial annual growth for the first year will be around 13% but will level off closer to 12% after the second year, which will value the set between $158 and $188 shortly after retirement.
Retirement risk. Statue of Liberty has a current lifespan of 42 months, based on the average lifespan of other sets in this theme which is 35 months, this set is at risk for retiring in the coming months.

But, not on brickfanatics list for end of 21.

The website you referenced that says it is retiring is garbage and shouldn't be trusted...

Stonewars has Empire State building going instead of SoL. I have normally found Stonewars to be the most accurate of the retirement lists, but buy according to whichever you trust.

I feel ya. I think brickfanatics posts what stonewars puts out. Regardless, it's 30% off and I thought that was pretty good. I'm not buying any, but thought some others may want to.

Sorry, had to edit my post after rereading yours... the list you posted from Brick fanatics is their retirement list for next year, not this year.

Read your own post... by the end of 2022... that is next year, not this year.

I never said this year fella. I said looming, which I guess most of you thought meant in the next 2 weeks. **Clarifying statement. Looming means within the next year, in Lego terms. haha

Do I dare ask…. Is this retiring lol

Nothing to set the world on fire but at SAH, you now get the Flower Cart (30413) with $40 in spending. Not sure if it's restricted themes but works with HP. When it was first available, HP wasn't included.

for those who want more than 5, its listed under 2 listings on bn.com so should work
