It's underwhelming at retail for the amount of stuff you get .... to quote from Jay's Bricks Blog review:

There are so many better alternatives out there, like Pirates of Barracuda Bay, a modular building or even the 60233 Donut Shop Opening set which gives you nearly the same value proposition as this set, at half the price.

Don’t get me wrong, the set is a lot fun for kids thanks to the sheer amount of stuff you get – vehicles, minifigures and buildings that it’s a great playset, and my 4 year old thoroughly enjoyed playtesting it when we had it in her LEGO pile.

Yeah, Jang has this as his most overpriced lego set "for the amount of stuff you get" ever. Not sure if the UCS AT-AT will replace that but sales on ebay say maybe.

The previous version of this, 60097 (Ret 2017), is basically available at slightly above RRP. So these things don't exactly explode in value. Lots of other better options out there.

Brickfanatics has it as retiring, plus sold out at SAH and not available in any of the LEGO stores around me. Associate at one store told me it was done since 2022 line is coming out.
