Personally I really like the set and think it will do well.  Problem is there is no margin for error since it really was not discounted hardly ever and not in quantity.  If funds are limited there are better/safer plays.  Its in the bottom 25% of quantities that I buy compared to other sets.  I just think its cool 😎

are we talking about the Technic Orange Corvette ZR1 that's been on perma sale price of $39.99 for most of its shelf-life?  

discussion should be on "What to buy" thread...but it's a good investment in that it's a licensed set and the recent Mclaren suggest that this size auto will be an ongoing series.  I personally think it was hit with the fugly stick one time too many but once the Mclaren came out I was in at my regular stash

Question for those who have been using Honey for a while: it looks like you can use the "Exclusive Gold Offers" (10-12% cash-back people have been posting here) only once while the promotion is running. However, many of the offers are coming back after a few days and I can activate it a second time. Have you had any luck with that?

To be more specific, I got the Batmobile last week ($25 plus sailboat). Now I'm seeing the Batmobile again but without the $25, I'm not interested.

Interesting how Amazon is out of a lot of stock (or at least in & out) lately on a lot of the sets I keep in my cart.  Walmart has had them in stock.  Speed Champions for example.

False advertising, IMO.  This is supposedly a new set to be released by Lego I assume on 09/01 but not 100%, just my two cents, if it's even worth that much...

Actually, I stand corrected.  Found an article online which seems to indicate it is a limited release just available in the UK: LEGO Creator Expert blue 77942 Fiat 500 officially revealed (brickfanatics.com)

As far as I know, yes. I can't remember if I've bought an item more than once, but I think as long as it's presenting you with the offer, it's legit. I've been following what's on offer from Honey for a while, today's offers are a large smattering of sets at 10% back, most HP, Star Wars, and Jurassic World at 15% back.

We've had both years of surplus and scarcity with certain advent calendars, so I don't know what to expect, especially with the new Marvel one.

Anyone experiencing issues with pricing through the Max Profit Links?  When I click through them at the time of the most recent update Amazon shows full price despite Max Profit showing 20% price drop.  Recent examples are McLaren 42123 and Jaguar 76898.  Maybe Amazon prices are just shifting a lot right now?

The 10% code worked for me, but it can only be used once. I didn't load up in fear of stuff going OOS.
