I've been tracking this the last few days with the same link you just shared and it appears that all HP, Jurassic World, and Technic Sets have 12% gold back all day every day (renewing at the end of each countdown) and then a handful of sets have 10% back for like 30-50 minutes at a time and rotate. This very moment it's Disney Castle, World Map and a smattering of others.

I'm on vacation, it's 46 degrees celcius here, only sitting in the shade, salty hair, coconut-juice in hand & there is no LEGO in sight. There is only so much you can do, we already jumped in the pool 77 times today, not gonna make it a 78th.

I don't want to be *that guy* but that's 12% back. Honey is a decent system with very good CS. I grab a Screenshot of the offer when I make the purchase so I have some proof to offer them - haven't had a missing points request rejected.
