When it ships as that's when an order is considered completed.

To be more clear.  You will receive the percentage back originally quoted to you but not until the item ships -- even if/when it changes later.

Question about Rakuten, does the 15% account for the whole entire total amount or just what you paid for with your CC, wanted to use some of my VIP points. So for example, will the 15% be off $400 ($60 cashback) or $200 ($30 cashback) if I decide to use $200 worth of VIP points. thanks
