I had that happen before (backordered product comes back into stock but my original order doesn't get fulfilled).  Call CS and they should be able to move your order forward.

free shipping as long as your order isn't over $400 at least if u order multiples - didn't order anything large.  if you order multiples and price goes over $400-500 they throw on a shipping charge.  they only give u the gwp once (at least for me).  i've been ordering all week since they started free shipping on valentine's day - free shipping ends today.  no limit hedwigs.
