I bought 30 Bat heists last round from them. 7 came bashed. Complained. hey let me keep them and sent another 7 which were mint. So I got 7 free. Plus 300$ in Kohls cash which I used for some free steamboat willies. Contrast that with zavvi where im still fighting for a return label 3 week now. with their frustrating one message a day system. With Kohls the major issue for me is they cancel all my orders at this point
