How's your experience with their shipping? Last time they shipped everything to me in poly bags without any dunnage/protection

kohls cancelled 4k worth of orders. weird. first time ordering from them, do they have limits beyond the 99 allowed per cart

It sucks, buy at your own risk. They do have pretty good customer service though from my experience. Usually refunds.
