Yup, it's new.  Zavvi offered this for $156 about 10 days ago.

Some were not that thrilled about it because the condition of the carton is a little hit or miss with it being shipped internationally.

Looks like they are still there.  They may be auto-cancelling orders and restocking in real-time.  They were available for almost three hours this morning so I'm sure they are cancelling some over-limit orders from then.
