If you mean at LEGO Shop at Home, it won't show until LEGO confirms the order.  Depending on the time, it can take up to 12 hours.

take 12 hours? no way, never experienced that long for hundreds of orders I placed.

it's the batwing launch day, I suspect lego's IT department messed something up again....

100's?!?  Wow, that's impressive.  It's been my experience over the last 8 years dealing with LEGO Shop at Home that it can indeed take that long to get a confirmation email, especially since we entered the Covid Era.  I should never have answered that question here (it being off-topic) but I did. My bad.

Photo updated in order history for those that ponied up.

Contacted a Lego rep to get an update on the Frigate set. I spoke to John and he said that their team that works with Amazon are looking into this matter to find out what happened and to have it rectified. He said the last thing that Lego wants are upset customers who are not able to purchase particular sets because of resellers. I guess Lego has taken a lot of heat about this.

John also said that according to his information, the set was not being sold exclusively by Amazon and that it would be available online at Lego Shop and other locations by the beginning of November. He did confirm that the set would only be available for purchase in the USA.

He also confirmed that since the set was being sold direct to the public in lieu of the cancellation of the 2020 San Diego Comic-Con, that the quantity in production had been dramatically increased so that as many fans as possible will have the opportunity to purchase it.

I am wondering if Amazon didn't actually sell out of the sets, but someone at Amazon just happened to catch the mistake and took down the link. Will be interesting to see if Amazon cancels or limits our orders and if they still have a large quantity in stock to sell come November.

FWIW, PNC Visa cardholders get a $20 statement credit for one $100+ purchase on Amazon.com between 10/22 and 12/31. Credit will be applied 30-60 days after 12/31.

Conditions do not mention if this excludes shipping and tax charges, or just the whole entire charge needs to be $100+.
