It is old. It was before they lowered the max quantity to 2 per set. At the time they kept cancelling my online orders over and over again until I found that If I bought a non lego item the lego orders would go through. I would then return the non lego item to a store. Well, they did not like that. Officially I am banned for violating their return policies. Anyway, I am still doing quite well without them and I can still buy the clearance sets at the stores so their loss, really.

I honestly thought it had already retired.  Target had these on clearance last Christmas.  They must have found a pallet of them.

They just added more...does anyone know how many they usually produce for a convention exclusive? The set itself is awesome looking, a sure winner given apparent scarcity.

If you try to go to the product page, which goes to a 404, this is part of the URL: "LEGO-6321243". If you google "LEGO 6321243", you'll see that 6321243 is the unique ID for the frigate set according to Brickset.

You can trust Jeff, he may have googled the product number. Or just put in an order and wait for it to update. It ships in a month unless they revise it.
