They did have it listed in the summer/fall catalog so that might be a clue as to whether or not it will be a regular run.

Doubtful but possible. The assumption from the language on the listing that this was for the canceled Comicon event: "While originally planned to be available at an event that is no longer taking place, this set will now be available at LEGO.com!"

Still total limit three from SaH, right?  I bought two from them before.

As someone else said, if it is on backorder or OOS, it's limited.  As opposed to sets that are regular production runs and will be around for another year.  I'm in for three more... much to my wife's chagrin.

Ugh...I really hope you're wrong, but it wouldn't make sense for Lego to print it in the catalog if it was "SDCC"-limited.
